We make sure your employees understand just how good their benefits are, because better participation means better premiums. We keep a constant eye on usage levels, too, always recommending new ways to save money, lower premiums or increase benefits.

How Dental Pay Plus works

Employees’ monthly premiums entitle them to preventive services at no cost from dentists in our network. Co-pays are charged for minor and major restorations. Because our dentists accept our fee schedule, we can keep costs low and premiums affordable. Services are paid for by our underwriter, Presidential Life Insurance Company.

Flexibility is key

Through expert plan design & plan monitoring, we help you manage costs and premiums. You can set deductibles, co-pays and maximums at varying amounts. Premiums can be totally employer funded, shared with employees, or completely voluntary. Orthodontia coverage is available as a Rider. There is a dental product to fit every employer’s specific needs & budget.

Employees have flexibility, too – they can choose dentists outside our network and still have a generous percentage of service fees covered.
